This section is a place where I give non reading context to the month, as an anchor to life events while reading.
Marcy and I were in Florida this month for the Artemis II launch. I felt like I was starting to come out of a longer low period—more social, and better at keeping in touch with people both here and back home.
It was a full month in a lot of ways. Time with friends, time away, and a few meaningful life events happening around me. I also found a local romance bookstore in Orlando, which felt like discovering a new habitat.
Jackson did really well staying home alone for the first time, which I’m incredibly proud of.
